Bone Broth Pho Soup
Ingredients:
2 quarts of chicken or beef bone broth
3 cloves of diced garlic
1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger
1 1/2 table spoons of tamari or aminos
12-16 ounces of brown rice noodles (optional)
2 sliced green onions
2 cups of bean or broccoli sprouts
1 sliced jalepeno
2 limes
1/2 cup of fresh basil
1/2 cup of fresh thyme
2 sticks of cinnamon
Instructions:
Combine all herbs and spice into a large pot. Let it sit for 45 minutes- 2 hours.
Add tamari or aminos and broth, then bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook rice noodles and add to broth.
Garnish with any extra herbs, jalepenos and bean or broccoli sprouts
