Bone Broth Pho Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 quarts of chicken or beef bone broth

  • 3 cloves of diced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger

  • 1 1/2 table spoons of tamari or aminos

  • 12-16 ounces of brown rice noodles (optional)

  • 2 sliced green onions

  • 2 cups of bean or broccoli sprouts

  • 1 sliced jalepeno

  • 2 limes

  • 1/2 cup of fresh basil

  • 1/2 cup of fresh thyme

  • 2 sticks of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Combine all herbs and spice into a large pot. Let it sit for 45 minutes- 2 hours.

  2. Add tamari or aminos and broth, then bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.

  3. Cook rice noodles and add to broth.

  4. Garnish with any extra herbs, jalepenos and bean or broccoli sprouts

  5. Sip and Enjoy!
